FAQ's

What if I pay for a strategy call and you can’t help with my topic?

I am not interested in pretending to be able to help with something I can’t. If we decide in the first 10 minutes of the call that this is not a topic I can assist with, I will refund your money. If I can, I will also direct you to a quality resource.

What if we don’t use the whole time?

Once we pass the 10-minute threshold, I will not refund any part of the charge. However, I am willing to provide you with a follow-up call instead of an email at my discretion.

What if my business plan or other plan doesn’t work?

Unfortunately, I can’t guarantee that any plan will be successful due to a wide number of variables. My goal is to help you save time and money by providing clarity, direction, resources, and a plan. I can offer additional services through the course of implementation on a case-by-case basis.

Do you offer long-term coaching packages?

Yes! However, that would need to be quoted and invoiced separately from a strategy call as everyone’s needs are different. This can be set up after a strategy call through one of my long-term packages or can be arranged without a call by emailing me at INFO@THEHOMESTEADEDUCATION.COM
